Previously, I pointed out that the uptick in home sales in many areas is being driven by all cash buyers, many of whom are real estate investors. Well, actually let me say right here that anyone smart enough to be buying in the current market at today’s prices IS a real estate investor, and a darn good one at that.

Home Prices Down 30 Percent Nationwide

S.&P./Case-Shiller index suggests massive opportunities for those investors capable of taking advantage of the “buyer’s market” in place this year. With home prices poised to hit bottom, some experts suggest now is the time to invest. Still, the industry will encourage caution. For some though, all time low price is a powerful incentive.
