C.A.R. Reports Q4 2012 Housing Affordability Off Pace

The CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.) reported yesterday on the state’s housing situation. According to C.A.R. home prices were on the increase in Q4 of 2012, while low interest rates provided an offset where affordability is concerned.
