Online real estate engagement involves just a bit more than “saying it is so.” As we continue to examine the broker landscape digitally, apparently “saying” is all most realty professionals are prepared to do. For Memphis, news of repositioning companies does suggest any real advantage there. Regal Group LLC, joining forces with First National Realty, would be non-news except for deeper implications.
