The Coldwell Banker Real Estate office of Collins - Maury first began offering services to the Memphis area in 1987. Today, services have expanded to include the Greater Memphis area and North Mississippi area. Specialty areas include Memphis, Germantown, Collierville, Southaven, Olive Branch, Bartlett, Lakeland, Arlington and more with offices in Collierville, East Memphis & Southaven Mississippi. Jules Wade is the principal broker for the East Memphis office. Wade served as Executive Vice President of the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS for many years prior to assuming the role of Principal Broker of the east office. He was inducted into the Almon R. "Bud" Smith Leadership Society of the National Association of REALTORS in 2009 and honored by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission in 2012 with the William C. "Bill" Tune Award for Excellence in Real Estate Education. He has also been recognized by the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS with its 2013 Outstanding Leadership Award.
Allison Spencer is the managing broker for the Mississippi office. According to Spencer, "located in Southaven, MS, we are at the top of the state as well as the top of the market! Angie Ware is the Director of Corporate Relocation and Business Development for Coldwell Banker Collins-Maury. She is an active member of the Employee Relocation Council, the Relocation Director's Council, and Coldwell Banker's Relocation Advisory Council. The relocation department at Coldwell Banker Collins-Maury has received numerous awards including awards in marketing assistance, broker-to-broker referrals, and their spirit of partnership.
In 2011, Ware was named the North American Corporate Services Director of the Year for Coldwell Banker Real Estate and Relocation.
