Finlay Management Inc. announced this week that it has named real estate veteren Jeff Goldshine as its new president. Goldshine brings with him 35 years of experience and a career that includes the management of over 60,000 units.
Chris Finlay, past president and company founder, announced the appointment of Goldshine. Mr. Finlay will stay with the company and take on the role of chairman and CEO. Mr. Finlay described Goldshine as a “ forward thinking leader” who is committed to organization building and positively motivating others. “His addition also underscores Finlay Management’s commitment to work tirelessly for our clients, build lasting relationships across the industry and continually create value for our clients and residents,” Mr. Finlay said.
Before becoming president of Finlay Management, Goldshine served as chief operating officer of Stellar Realty Management and was also co-founder and president of Artery Property Management, Inc. Goldshine is considered a multifamily property expert and has been called upon to give lectures and speak at conferences on a wide variety of related topics. He holds a CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and a B.A. in political science from George Washington University.
