Get to Where You Need to Go with MyRouteOnline

By Ben Shepardson | May 22, 2017

We've all been there - a billion places to go over the course of the day, and no idea how to get everything done in a timely manner, let alone scrape out a few moments to breathe. Whether you're running deliveries for a flower company, dropping off packages in a delivery van, running from one appointment to another, or even trying to see the sights on vacation, picking out a successful route around town can be exhausting.

Or at least that's how it used to be. Just as the internet and GPS saw the end of trying to figure out how to fold those giant paper road maps back up, new adaptations of these emergent technologies can now help us plan our driving itineraries or delivery and pickup routes, all without having to plan stops and routes manually.

Take the Pain out of Route Planning

The best and brightest example of this is MyRouteOnline, a web-based automated route-planner service that makes use of an advanced algorithm that works in conjunction with Google Maps. Designed by company CEO and founder Dr. Baruch Axelrod, a talented computer scientist, the MyRouteOnline service makes it easier than ever to plan any size route with as many as 350 stops - as long as Google's mapped it, MyRouteOnline can get you there.

There's no meticulous stop-by-stop planning involved in using MyRouteOnline. Simply enter the addresses manually into the service's website - or import an Excel spreadsheet with the addresses - and MyRouteOnline does the rest, processing the best route for your needs.

All the Bells and Whistles

MyRouteOnline is more than just your run-of-the-mill Google Maps overlay. The service offers high levels of functionality and customization. You can factor in departure times, time spent at each stop, support for multiple routes, and even schedule lunch breaks for drivers if needed.

Finally, once you've planned your route out to the very second, you can then export it in any number of ways. Not only can you save routes online to return to at a later date, you can simply print out your route - complete with turn-by-turn directions if needed.

If that's too low tech for you, MyRouteOnline offers the ability to have your route sent to an email address of your choice, exported to an Excel spreadsheet to save locally, to the MyRoute mobile app, or to Garmin and TomTom GPS devices. MyRouteOnline routes are even compatible with TomTom Telematics WEBFLEET service, perfect for multiple delivery vehicles.

Affordable and Reliable

So what's all this functionality going to cost you? For the most part, not a thing. MyRouteOnline lets you set up routes with as many as 6 addresses in it for free, allowing you to get a feel for the service and to see if it's going to be use to you.

Beyond that, the service is quite affordable. MyRouteOnline offers two pay-as-you-go options, Mini and Basic, priced respectively at $19.99 and $39.99. Mini provides up to 75 "address credits," allowing you to input 75 unique addresses that can be reused an unlimited number of times within 30 days, while Basic increases that count to 250.

Beyond that, MyRouteOnline offers three monthly subscription-based memberships, all of which can be cancelled at any time. Pro provides 500 address credits for the same price of Basic - $39.99 a month - while Premium and Corporate provide 1200 and 2500 address credits for $89.95 and $169.95. You can even save 15% by selecting an annual plan.

The Ultimate in Route Planning

Thanks to how easy it is to customize and how many different functions it offers, MyRouteOnline is the best answer to finding your way around town. Whether you're running a professional delivery company or you're just on vacation in a new city, this versatile, affordable, and adaptable service is just the thing you need.
