Creighton Enterprises Inc. has announced the development of new real estate property, Nicklaus Village, which is located within the exclusive, gated, luxury residential golf community of Creighton Farms in Northern Virginia.
Nicklaus Village will contain Villa homes on 1-acre lots, near the golf community’s Clubhouse and the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. 11 Villa units will sit to the north of the clubhouse, and 14 to the south.
The luxury course and community were created in honor of Jack Nicklaus, his life, and his achievements in and outside the sport of golf. One of the Villas will be built for the personal use of Jack Nicklaus and his family
“I am pleased to be working with Southworth Development on the creation of Nicklaus Village at Creighton Farms,” said Jack Nicklaus. “We’re all committed to making it a very special place.”
In addition to being regarded as one of the greatest golf players of all time, Nicklaus is renowned for his skill at designing golf courses, and this one will have his personal touch. Communities that feature courses designed by Nicklaus have some of the highest real estate value and significantly impact the surrounding community.
Creighton Farms is located 30 miles west of Washington, D.C., occupying 964 acres, including an 18-hole golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, and a 181-home community.
Southworth Development and Nicklaus Design will collaborate on the designing and building of the Villas. Southworth develops residential resort and hospitality-branded real estate communities, and Nicklaus Design has created nearly 360 golf courses around the world in 34 countries and 39 U.S. states.
