Describing it as a “bold new web strategy” Real Living today announced their new web technology platform for brokers and agents, along with a relaunch of their national site, RealLiving.com. Both will work hand-in-hand to help brokers and agents provide a rewarding experience for consumers.
The new web platform is geared toward integration with local broker sites, breaking with the traditional online realty model that focused on centralized national websites. Among the notable features are: “powerful and flexible listing search options, nationwide community and housing market data, social media integration, interactive marketing tools,” among the numerous others.
Each individual site running the platform will provide home buyers and sellers with local listings and content, as well as direct access to their brokers and agents. Real Living will provide systematic updates to the software quarterly throughout the year.
For the consumer, Real Living has revamped RealLiving.com to include a host of new features, including a listing search with integrated mapping technology, allowing the user to easily search and locate property. Home buyers can search by neighborhood, school, address, and street names. Real Living President, Harley E. Rouda, Jr., had this to say about the launch:
“Through our new technology initiative, Real Living today is taking a bold and exciting step to change that way of thinking by directing home buyers and sellers to our brokers and agents sites that are filled with local listings and content.”
Each community listed on the site will also have accompanying details about what it is like to live in the area, including property values, quality of living, school data, and comparisons with other communities in the region and nation. Consumers will also have access to a mobile version of the web application.
Brokers and agents can use the new technology to direct customers to their local sites, present their own feature-rich sites to customers, analyze and manage their leads, and make use of the platform's marketing tools.
Real Living developed the new technology with help from LPS Real Estate Group. The new site is live now, and consumers can begin searching immediately.
