Realtor.com® and Zillow have revealed a new partnership in which Zillow will be the sole source of multifamily rental listings on Realtor.com®, giving these listings more visibility to a broad audience of renters. On average, 70 million individuals visit Realtor.com® every month in search of their next living space. With this new syndication agreement, the platform maintains its dedication to providing an exceptional experience for renters, buyers, and sellers throughout their real estate journey.
This new agreement allows us to deliver significant value to Realtor.com® users, and in partnership with Zillow, realize a financial benefit for Realtor.com®. Consumers will have access to an enhanced rental experience while property management companies and landlords will be able to tap into a market-leading combined audience across both the Realtor.com® and Zillow platforms.

Through this new collaboration, multifamily rental listings with 25 or more units listed on Zillow will also be displayed on Realtor.com®. Those exploring Realtor.com® for rental properties can take advantage of an enhanced browsing experience featuring Zillow 3D Home tours, interactive floor plans, walkthrough videos, and other resources from Zillow's extensive listing platform. This information will enhance Realtor.com®'s current rental options, sourced from various channels, including single-family homes, low-rise rental property owners through the Avail platform, Internet Listing Services, property management companies, and rental data collected from different listing services nationwide.
Recognizing that most homebuyers start off as renters, this collaboration is carefully designed to meet the growing need for rental properties and serve the needs of renters and property managers. By increasing the presence of Zillow's multifamily listings on Realtor.com®, renters will have access to a broader selection of options and helpful tools to navigate the competitive market more effectively.

Zillow's multifamily rentals marketplace is constantly growing, with almost 39,000 properties listed on Zillow by the end of February 2024. During the upcoming spring season, Zillow will start sharing multifamily rental listings on Realtor.com®.
