The community will also include; a library, a pub, elegant dining rooms, a fitness area, movie theater, underground parking, multiple gardens, and other outdoor recreation areas. The Crossings Senior Community
The Crossings At Falls Run will offer 105 independent living apartments, 48 assisted living units, and 16 Harmony Square Alzheimer and Memory Care secured units. The services available to residents will be restaurant dining, weekly housekeeping and maintenance, scheduled transportation, 24-hour concierge and security, and licensed clinicians and therapy services.

Independent living amenities include one and two bedroom apartments, handicap accessible units, full kitchens with refrigerators, ice makers, electric stoves, garbage disposals, and dishwashers, a washer and dryer in each apartment, independent heating and air conditioning controls, and an emergency call system.

Those “Charter Club” members who choose to pre-lease can interview now in order to be first in line for the opening. More information is available at the on-site information center, which is opening this week.
The Crossings At Falls Run is located 2.5 miles from the intersection of I-95 and Route 17 (Exit 133). Harmony Senior Services, a subsidiary of Smith/Packett, will manage the community. The Crossings also has a Facebook community started for those who would like to friend the ahead of time.
