FHA "Flipping" Waiver Is Good News For Investors And Home Buyers

The announcement by FHA that they will extend the waiver of "Anti-Flipping Regulations" through 2012 should be welcome news to the entire real estate industry, and the entry-level home buyers who will benefit from this waiver.
