Virtuance expands into Atlanta markets

By Mike Wheatley | August 9, 2016

Real estate photography firm Virtuance has expanded, and is now offering its services in the metropolitan Atlanta area. Real estate agents and rental property managers in Atlanta can now gain the competitive advantage of the award winning HDReal Imaging System, which produces groundbreaking imagery that has been proven to win agents more listings, and sell them faster than other industry leading photography solutions.

“We’re very excited to be launching in the Atlanta market,” said Jeff Corn, co-founder and CEO of Virtuance. “Atlanta real estate has experienced impressive growth recently – and we can’t wait to partner with real estate agents that want to be on the ground floor of establishing a new standard for quality and consistency in the way their properties are marketed.”

Atlanta is the newest market launch for Virtuance, joining Austin, Portland, Seattle and Minneapolis as the most recent expansion cities for the fast-growing real estate photography company.

Virtuance combines its proprietary HDReal Imaging System with a world class team of engineers, photographers, and imaging specialists in order to produce real estate imagery that has set a new standard for quality, consistency, and value. The company tracks the performance of its listings, and has proven that properties marketed with HDReal Images sell on average more than 45% faster and 75% closer to the asking price as compared to properties marketed with other similarly priced solutions.

Virtuance’s Atlanta expansion represents the latest move in the company’s ongoing strategic expansion of its service. The company currently offers HDReal photography and marketing services in 14 major U.S. metropolitan areas, with plans to continue its growth into new markets across the country throughout 2016 and beyond.
