Real estate franchise Keller Williams has unveiled a new tool for its employees in the shape of a new virtual assistant based on artificial intelligence.
Called “Kelle”, the virtual assistant also serves as collaborative platform between agents working under the banner of the Keller Williams brand. The announcement was made during the Keller Williams Family Reunion in Anaheim, California, and reported in a company blog post.
On stage at the event, Gary W. Keller, the co-founder of Keller Williams, said that we now find ourselves in the fourth industrial revolution: the revolution of big data and artificial intelligence. As such, Keller Williams says it built Kelle in order to make use of all data generated by network employees so as to help them achieve their business goals.
Specifically, the virtual assistant is able to answer different types of questions and perform simple tasks. For example, agents can ask kelle to write an appointment in their calendar, add a new customer in the CRM, or ask questions such as which network sells the most in a given geographical area. The end goal is for Kelle to become a focal point in which to integrate all of the tools and CRM training modules used by the brand’s real estate agents.
Kelle also incorporates a new system of collaboration between agents: a platform jointly announced with the assistant. The objective of this new platform is to facilitate the sharing of mandates among network professionals. Users can send and receive requests from other agents, and also access information about their colleagues and monitor transactions.
