By Mike Wheatley | November 24, 2015, a new website that launched in late October to simplify the selling and renting processes, turns the tables for consumers. Rather than spending precious time and resources browsing different real estate agencies, the website allows real estate agents to compete for the opportunity to represent each customer.

Based out of Vancouver, B.C. but operating throughout North America, the innovative site lets users get the maximum value out of their homes. A large part of that value comes from’s unmatched commission reduction tool. Rather than agents setting commissions, they bid on sellers’ listings—as the bidding gets more competitive, the listing price rises while the commission falls. Combined with an easy-to-use and straightforward interface, the new site lets sellers put in minimal effort while agents do the work of finding ideal matches.

“If you are selling or renting your home, the site provides an easy way for everyday people to negotiate with not only one real estate agent but many agents,” said founder Andrew Ferguson. “Connecting sellers with the best agent for them to sell the biggest investment of their lives is something that wasn’t easy and now it is.”

A real estate investor for nearly a decade, Ferguson has vast experience with the pains of finding the right agent. By buying and selling several properties, he’s learned the ins and outs of the industry and knows what both sellers and agents are looking for when entering the selling process.

Agents benefit from this unique process as well. Ferguson notes that, for an agent to receive an email with a standardized, comprehensive list of a potential seller’s information—including location and commission needs—it cuts down on the time and effort they spend looking for people to represent. That way, agents can redirect the time and resources at their disposal to finding the most mutually beneficial agent-seller partnerships.

With the current light-speed trajectory of online sales in other industries, it’s easy to reach the conclusion that an online real estate boom is just over the horizon—and is one of the first to enter that new age. Already receiving attention throughout the startup and real estate worlds, has revolutionized the way consumers build trusting, successful, and lucrative relationships with real estate agents.

“With technology making advancements on a daily basis it's about time the real estate industry caught up,” Ferguson said. “Disruptive technology tends to have some of the largest impacts in our lives. Now is making it easier for the everyday person to sell their home and is the best way to find a real estate agent.”
