Miami-based commercial real estate firm Blanca is expanding its team of professionals with a new Associate, Andres del Corral and Junior Associate Alexander Cahlin. This will enable the firm to expand its advisory services in landlord representation and tenant representation, as well as land sales and investment sales.
Andres del Corral is to assist the firm's lead brokers in policing and disposition assignments, and is certainly well qualified to do so, as he joins Blanca having served as a development associate at Rilea Group. He has a bachelor's degree in communication from Boston University and a Master’s degree in business administration from Florida International University.
Alexander Cahlin is to support the firm's tenant representation practice with financial analysis and market research. Alexander previously worked for 20th Century Fox television in Chicago in Illinois as a producer's assistant, and has a bachelor’s degree in business administration/finance from the University of Florida's Warrington School of Business.
Blanca is currently in its third year of operation and is well established as being one of the most active commercial real estate services firms in the Miami area. Since the firm was started it has successfully advised clients in the completion of more than $230 million worth of lease transactions and has leased more than 700,000 ft.² of office space during the last year and a half.
The company is currently advising the owners of three of the regions top class A trophy assets which are 1450 Brickell office tower, One Park Square at Doral and 396 Alhambra in Coral Gables. Past prestigious clients include Telefonica International Wholesale Services Inc, Telefonica USA and Ascendant Commercial Insurance, and the firm also acted as a local co-broker for Discovery Latin America.
