Boston real estate advisory firm, TA Associates Realty recently purchased two office buildings and have just named Blanca Commercial Real Estate as the exclusive leasing agent.

The office buildings are located at 5835 Blue Lagoon Drive in Miami and 8550 NW 33rd Street in Doral. Blue Lagoon Drive is a four-storey 57,565 ft.² building, and 8550 NW 33rd Street is a four-storey 59,591 ft.² building, and both are currently 100% occupied.

These two new buildings bring the leasing portfolio of Blanca Commercial Real Estate up to 1.3 million ft.² of office space. Blanca was launched just two years ago in April 2009, and was also responsible for the sale of these buildings on behalf of Aneli Investments and Pars Real Estate Investments.

The CEO and president of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Tere Blanca, and the Executive Vice President, Danet Linares, will be responsible for leasing and marketing the two properties, along with their associate, Andres del Corral.

Tere Blanca is quoted as saying "This purchase confirms Miami's Airport West markets strong appeal to top institutional owners seeking quality assets. Our top priority will be to secure quality tenants as space becomes available in these buildings."

The current tenants of 5835 Blue Lagoon Drive include American Insurance, Ascendant Insurance, Iberia Airlines and Sanus Health. The building has direct access to the Dolphin Expressway and Miami International airport.

8550 NW 33rd Street is also close to the international airport, the Palmetto Expressway, Dolphin Expressway and Florida's Turnpike, and the major tenant is currently Univision.
