In residential news from Los Angeles, the Malibu beach house of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie has apparently been sold to talk host Ellen De Generes. The terms of the deal have not been fully disclosed, but the price is reported to be in the $12 million dollar range.

Built back in the 60's Pitt and Jolie's beachfront vacation spot is a 4,088-square-foot which features glass walls, bamboo floors, four bedrooms, three fireplaces and 1.26 acres. A pool, tennis court, and beach access top off one of the nicest pieces of Mabilbu property currently available.

The Zillow Blog added many images for the MLS showing off the inside and outside of the property. Those interested can visit the blog to check out more great shots and info about the deal.

One tidbit, it is reported that Pitt picked up the 60's beach pad for just over $8 million after his divorce from Jennifer Aniston.
