Chime takes on real estate CRMs with cutting-edge lead generation platform

Chime has just launched a new and advanced software platform as it bids to make its mark in the extremely competitive CRM marketplace for real estate brokers.


Designed specifically for real estate professionals, one of Chime’s biggest strengths is that it integrates what the company calls “social intelligence” in order to provide a new level of insights into who leads are and what they want. Other basic features include tools to launch marketing campaigns, build customer relationships, track leads’ activities and manage teams on the go.

Lead generation is one of Chime’s biggest advantages. The platform draws on advanced targeting technology and real-time creative optimizations to provide agents with a powerful lead generation systems that was previously unobtainable. Chime acquires these leads through a combination of search engine marketing and social media campaigns, both of which can be integrated into the platform. Chime also offers behavior analysis tools to enable real estate pros to establish drip mail campaigns based on the personalities and browsing preferences of their leads, thus ensuring a higher response rate. The company claims an extremely low cost-per-lead (CPL) to rival any other platform.

Once new leads have been identified by the platform, it provides an instant alert, displaying the full sales pipeline and offering access to a range of tools to help real estate pros immediately begin establishing a relationship with prospective new clients.

One final nifty feature of Chime is its lead scoring and customized action plans for each lead. Agents can use the lead scoring to help prioritize each lead, while the action plans for each client will send out automatic reminders for each task that needs to be performed at each stage of the lead development.

Ahead of its launch, Chime was tested in a private beta by more than 20 real estate firms in and around the San Francisco Bay Area, including Eric Boyenga of The Boyenga Team at Keller Williams, a Top 100 Realtor team in the US.
