Contactually adds team tools to boost collaboration among agents

Contactually, which offers a relationship marketing platform popular with real estate professionals, has just added new "team" functionality to its product. The company reckons the new functionality enables real estate team members to "build a start to finish process together to further strengthen client relationships and drive revenue growth."

The new team tools include lead routing and management, performance tracking to gauge team impact, pre-loaded content with sharing capabilities to ensure consistent messaging across teams, and the ability to view all deals in the pipeline to organically nurture leads until they close. Other new features for teams include deal and task assignment, contact and pipeline sharing, and the ability to set standard content for all team users, which are all now available as standard on the company's platform.

“Contactually is focused on helping real estate professionals effectively grow their businesses by unlocking their network’s potential,” Contactually Co-Founder and CEO Zvi Band said in a statement. “We are pleased to introduce dedicated functionality for those real estate professionals that work in teams, helping them to better communicate and collaborate with one another to better meet the needs of their clients.”

The company said the new capabilities of its platform are aimed at increasing transparency and efficiency, thereby enabling a more collaborative environment among co-workers. However, team members can still work independently while using the platform to share information.

Contactually claims to be making rapid inroads in the real estate market. Just this month, the company created new customized plans for real estate agents from Keller Williams and RE/MAX. Those plans offer customized features for nurturing leads from online open houses, automated email, tools for warm leads and campaigns for long-term leads.

“Contactually has responded to market demand and the increasing trend of teams in real estate by expanding its functionalities, to enable the entire spectrum of real estate professionals to focus on building authentic relationships within their spheres in just minutes a day,” Band said of the customized plans. “All of this will help to establish the best practices within a team to create greater collaboration and connection, which will help to better meet client needs and create faster growth.”
