The CEO of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, Mayi De La Vega, recently announced that The Coto Group has joined the firm at the Key Biscayne office. The Coto Group is the No. 1 ranked team in sales volume among hundreds of Key Biscayne agents.
The Coto Group is led by Carlos Coto, and has more than 40 years of experience and a broad international network. It is consistently ranked among the top producers in the greater Miami area and serves Key Biscayne, Brickell, Miami Beach, Sunny Isles, Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. The group distinguishes itself by offering a combination of enthusiasm, perseverance, reliability and of course plenty of expertise.
The founder Carlos Coto has been a licensed real estate agents and investor since 1976. He is consistently ranked among the top 15 Miami-Dade brokers and is the number one real estate broker in Key Biscayne with $50 million worth of sales last year. Carlos was formerly with Fortune International Realty and is a graduate of the University of Miami. He is joined by his daughter, Claudine Coto who is the number seven Key Biscayne agent and achieved $24 million in sales last year. She graduated from Middlebury College and holds an MBA from Northwestern University. His son, Victor Coto also works with them and is a University of Florida graduate with an MBA from New York University. The Coto Group is fluent in Spanish, basic French and Portuguese.
