Continental Real Estate Companies, who are one of Florida's largest commercial real estate firms, have announced that Alysa George is to be Director of Marketing and Rene Lopez will be Human Resources Manager.
Marketing director Alysa George will spearhead the firm's statewide marketing initiatives as well as arranging promotions and events benefiting CREC's growing client base. Human resources manager Rene Lopez will continue recruitment of top-level talent and oversee employee relations.
Before joining CREC, Ms. George was marketing manager for RSR Group, Inc., a sporting goods merchandise company based in central Florida. She was responsible for the firm's media relations, branding initiatives and special projects, and website design. At CREC she will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and events, creating new business opportunities for the firm's clientele as well as maintaining and developing the firm's statewide brand. Ms. George earned a bachelor's degree in business administration at the University of Central Florida and a Masters in business administration from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Rene Lopez will be in charge of overseeing employee relations for the100 person statewide firm. His responsibilities include developing and supervising employee education programs, overseeing employee relations and recruiting top-level talent for the organisation. Prior to joining CREC, Mr. Lopez was human resources manager for BUPA worldwide in Miami, and his responsibilities included overseeing employee benefits and compensation, supervising employee relations and recruiting new staff. Mr Lopez earned a bachelors and Master’s degree in human resource management at Florida International University.
