Saloc Golf Resort & Spa is a brand-new investment development being offered by Select Resorts. It's proving to be very popular due to low purchase prices, interest-free finance and excellent returns, not to mention the fact that it's located just minutes from Europe's only calcium spring.

Saloc is near Europe's only thermal salt spa, combining the potential of medical tourism with the beauty of Hungary. Hungary attracts 10.2 million tourists a year, and is popular amongst both leisure and business travelers due to its rich history and its location. Recently the country has been seeing an increase in the number of medical tourists who wish to combine a vacation with their medical treatment, and this is easy to see why as the costs are far lower, and some of the treatments may not be available elsewhere. Both factors are driving the growth of this market.

Saloc Resort is unique in being able to offer waters that are reportedly some of the most medicinal in the world, and the Hungarian government has appointed this particular project as being one of ‘high significance.’

Michael Reilly, marketing director of Selects Resorts says "it's a great time to invest in Hungary. The country’s shown resilience during the global economic downturn, with the tourism market showing consistent growth. The Saloc Resort exploit the benefits of two expanding markets within the country, this combined with guaranteed return on investment makes Saloc a really attractive offer-I'm sure the development will be sold out very soon. The numbers really do stack up too, as this particular investment offers a net income of £89,675 over 10 years and with a 35% deposit and 0% non-status developer finance, it's widely accessible to both large and small investors, so we're seeing interest from a wide variety of people."

The resort has 254 suites and visitors can experience the areas thermal salt waters, and of course the rich history in Hungary. It's based in Egerszalok which is approximately an hour from Budapest, and the resort is situated in 7 hectares. Guests can benefit from countless activities and facilities within the resort, including an 18 hole championship golf course, a tennis academy, petting zoo, horse riding and fishing, and of course a health and wellness spa. Investors also benefit from the use of their property for four weeks a year, and there are a number of profitable exit strategies on offer.
