The complex will be set in 27 acres and features the latest innovations in interior design, architecture and green technology. It will be one of the most technologically and architecturally advanced developments in Tel Aviv, and construction is due to begin this summer, with completion of the first high-rise tower scheduled for 2013. The whole complex will contain a total of 880 condominium residences ranging from 1100 ft.² to 5000 ft.², situated on a beautifully landscaped plateau designed to naturally blend in with Ha’Yarkon Park, which is Tel Aviv's equivalent of Central Park.

Gal Nauer, founder and president of Gal Nauer Architects said

"Designing these 44 story towers, which have all the qualities of a private home, a strong connection to the neighborhood and a true sense of community, represents the next generation of architecture and a new standard of modern luxury living."

The complex is expected to achieve LEED certification and will be surrounded by an environmentally friendly green perimeter allowing underground-only access for vehicles. This should create a serene environment for residents who will also be able to enjoy an outdoor swimming pool, an extensive landscaped area, residents lobby lounge and a state-of-the-art gym. Each condominium will have panoramic city views, and the complex is located within walking distance of major transportation links, neighborhood shops and cafes and public community areas.

Ms. Nauer went on to say "As one of the largest green initiatives for Tel Aviv and the 21st-century, the Bavli Towers will attract eight hours populations seeking an urban lifestyle in an environmentally forward looking community."

Bavli neighborhood was founded in 1957, and has developed and thrived during the last few decades due to its close proximity to the city center. The neighborhood is popular with couples and growing families.

Gal Nauer founded Gal Nauer Architects in 2000, and has a studio in New York and Tel Aviv. The architectural team provides innovative solutions for high-end projects. To learn more please visit their website.
