MobileRealtyApps recently released their HomeSpotter application for iPhones and iPads, which allows users to point their device at a street, or even individual buildings and homes and receive relevant, up to date data about properties in the area which are up for sale.

HomeSpotter uses technology known as “augmented reality” (“an artificial environment created through the combination of real-world and computer-generated data”) to deliver this information, which includes data on all of the homes for sale at the location you’re standing at, as well as nearby homes - something that will help brokers find comparable homes much more quickly.

Right now this device is only available for the iPhone and iPad, however it will soon become available on Android phones as well.

Curious? Check out the video to see just how much you need want this app!
