Focus on Smart Upgrades

“Not everyone has nearly $20,000 to throw into a bathroom remodel, but the great thing is, you don’t need to,” says Everhart Construction, a company that offers bathroom remodeling in Houston. “Making big upgrades isn’t always necessary—instead, focus on making smart upgrades.” If you’re on a tight budget, put your attention of renovations that have a high return on investment. Perceived home value is all about how potential buyers view your home.
