Budding real estate investors are being invited to join a workshop in San Diego early next year at the offices of Keller Williams San Diego Metro, where they can obtain guidance on how to build their wealth through real estate investments.
Agents Mark Kunce and Dan Becker will host the 55th Millionaire Real Estate Investor Workshop when it's held on February 2, 2016 at 7:00 pm in their Hillcrest, San Diego offices.
According to Kunce, the seminar offers proven models and systems for obtaining wealth via real estate investments.
“This workshop is based on the book The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, written by Gary Keller, which collects the wisdom and experience of more than 120 Millionaire Real Estate Investors who built financial wealth through real estate investing,” Kunce said.
Kunce and Becker have held numerous seminars since their first meeting on June 28, 2011. Their meetup group now consists of more than 1,300 members. Surprisingly though, many of those attendees are not established real estate investors. Many are people considering becoming real estate agents, Becker said. Also, there are many military personnel and veterans in the meetup group, who're looking at ways to build their wealth.
“Many return to the seminar multiple times to help them absorb the information," said Becker. “We often have many college students who needs some credits. We had no idea that colleges are giving them credit for attending our seminar.”
Both agents are extremely well qualified to advise on real estate investing methods. Becker also works in the Palm Springs are where he assists investors in buying and selling vacation properties. Meanwhile, Kunce has mentored several individuals including a recent college graduate who has already gone on to become a property developer without using his own money to finance it. In addition, Kunce has also appeared as a guest on The Michael E. Gerber Show, and co-authored a book on business and marketing called “Trendsetters”.
Once the seminar concludes, the two agents will spend time networking with attendees.
“Our seminar is free, and not a sales pitch. We have great time sharing our experience and knowledge. We hope everyone leaves the our seminar more knowledgeable than when they come in,” said Becker.
