Keller Williams NYC, the Manhattan franchise of leading real estate company Keller Williams Realty Inc., has just signed a lease for a new 22,000 ft.² office at 555 Madison Avenue.
The firm began actively hiring in April, and now has more than 110 agents, but will continue to maintain its headquarters and executive staff at 725 fifth Avenue in Trump Tower. Keller Williams NYC aims to reach their goal of 250 associates by the end of the year, and this new office is expected to meet the firm's near-term needs. The full floor office at Madison Avenue was previously occupied by Tiffany & Co, and will house all of their current agents, having a capacity for around 300 associates in total.
A large space stretching the length of the office is to be converted into a training room, and as it has windows which wrap around Madison Avenue and capacity for more than 100 people, it is also ideal as a special events area for recreational activities and speaking engagements.
Adina Azarian, CEO of Keller Williams NYC says "We were immediately drawn to the space, in particular the training room. As a company that emphasizes continually educating and coaching our agents to grow their business, the training room will be the heart of the Keller Williams office."
The Keller Williams office will also have a library and other real estate training materials, private lead generation rooms, a coffee and juice bar and a fully equipped virtual lounge.
Commenting on the new office, Ilan Bracha, Chairman of Keller Williams NYC said "This space is ideal for us, with a large number of private rooms available for our top producers to grow their teams as large as they want to."
Keller Williams Reality Inc. is the second largest real estate franchise operation in the United States, with more than 80,000 associates and 700 offices in the United States and Canada. Associates are rewarded as stakeholders and partners, and the company emphasizes access to leading edge education.
