Americor Mortgage is offering hassle free loans to international investors, and the development has already attracted buyers from Russia, China, Greece, England, Switzerland, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Brazil and Venezuela. A large part of the attraction of obtaining finance through Americor is that the approval process is exceptionally fast, so closings can take place within as little as two weeks. This compares to an industry average of 45 days.

At the moment 70% of the units have already been sold, including all of the one bedroom and four bedroom homes. There are still some two and three bedroom homes available to buy. Prices for two-bedroom, two and half bathrooms condominiums start at around $590,000. Prices for three bedroom, two half bathrooms condominiums start at $860,900.

There are a total of 292 luxury condos at Marquis Residences, which is a product of the prestigious New York-based developer Africa-Israel USA. The building was designed by the acclaimed architectural firm Aquitectonica, and at night there is a 16 storey lighting fixture which crowns the tower, making this building a landmark on the Miami skyline.
