Mcgeough Lamacchia Realty's full-service real estate company serving Massachusetts and New Hampshire recently announced the company is launching its Sold in 70 Days program.
John McGeough and Anthony Lamacchia are co-brokers and owners of the company and say home sellers who sign up for the Sold in 70 Days program will not have to pay listing commission to McGeough and Lamacchia Realty if the company is unable to sell their home within 70 days. Certain restrictions apply and the home must be listed by September 15, 2013, in order to be eligible for this program.
John McGeough said "We are so confident that we can sell any home that we've decided to put our money where our mouth is with this program. We ran a similar Sold in 70 Days program from 2006 to 2009, where we guaranteed to sell your home in 70 days or we would purchase the home. This year, our Sold in 70 Days program is a little different."
The company will utilize the same marketing program used in traditional home sales which includes online marketing, international marketing, reverse prospecting and more to help sell the home within 70 days, and to help ensure the best price.
John McGeough went on to say "There are some guidelines to this program, but our marketing strategy and our main goal to sell homes for top dollar has not changed.”
With this new program the home is listed at the same price it would be listed for in a traditional home sale, and prospective buyers will be unaware the home is part of this limited time program as it is 100% confidential.
McGeough Lamacchia Realty sells homes all across Eastern and Central Massachusetts, the Cape, and Southern New Hampshire.
John McGeough and Anthony Lamacchia are the number one Real Estate Agents in Massachusetts and were named one of the Top 100 Real Estate Teams by the Wall Street Journal in 2010. They are a full-service estate agency serving homebuyers and sellers in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
