Million Dollar Agent star Josh Flagg is due to host a dance party in Costa Rica from July 21 to the 25th. The party is being sponsored by Hacienda Matapalo, a top-selling gated community on the south Pacific Coast.

This four-day event begins with a Welcome Dinner Party at Raphael’s Terrazas in Manuel Antonio on the 21st and concludes with an elegant sounding Sunset Tea Dance at Barba Roja on the Sunday. It will be Flagg’s first trip to the country and he says "I can't wait to visit Costa Rica, I've heard so much about this amazing place that I am really looking forward to it."
Costa Rica is famous for its biodiversity, and outdoor activities include zip lining under the rainforest canopy, visiting the active volcano at Mount Arenal, and hiking. However this trip is not merely a vacation, as Flagg will be visiting Hacienda Matapalo to see if he can expand his business.
The tropical resort is located in a rainforest on a mountain overlooking the Pacific Ocean which is just 800 m away. The five-star amenities include a private beach club, a community center, retail center, tennis courts and fitness center and spa. There is also a 125 acre nature preserve. The community is a combination of home sites, single family homes, villas and condominiums.

Property prices within the 665 acre gated community, range from the mid-$200,000 for a 1.25 acre home site rising to $1.28 million for an ocean view penthouse condo.
