Moore Design Group is about to embark on an enterprise with Martin Fein Interests Ltd., one of Houston's premier multifamily development firms. There are to be three projects built simultaneously on 10 acres of prime real estate inside the 610 Loop, merging three types of high-end multifamily projects on a single high density urban site.

Vertical construction has already begun at the West Alabama and Las Palmas site, and occupancy is scheduled for fall of 2014. Moore Design Group is to create distinct designs for each of the projects, which will have different price points and target residents. The projects will have a European design style and will overlook the 1 acre Willowick Park in the center of the development.

Martin Fein, president of Martin Fein Interests said: "Stephanie's inspired creativity make a vital member of our design and planning team. She manages quite remarkably to surpass herself on each new project design. It is always a pleasure to work with her and her team."

Olympia at Willowick Park will be a 189 unit structure built over a two-storey garage, and will feature one, two and three-bedroom floor plans averaging 1463 ft.². Olympia's amenities will include a concierge lobby, a comfortable and elegant premium business center, two executive boardrooms, a full catering kitchen, and a spa with two treatment rooms, and a full service salon and beauty bar. On the eighth floor there will be a wine bar and rooftop terrace with panoramic city views and the aim is that this amenity rich property will evoke a sense of community among residents.

Aria at Willowick Park will consist of 325 units each averaging 862 ft.² and will be built over a two level structured parking garage. Moore Design Group is to create the designs for more than 8,000 ft.² of amenity space which will include a library, a sport and game lounge and an executive boardroom, and a clubroom with a latte lounge. There will be lounge seating in the concierge lobby, and the project will also include a spa and fitness studio with Pilates, yoga and spin class accommodations.

The Townhomes at Willowick Park is to consist of a 38 unit rental townhome development. The three-bedroom floor plans will average 2,350 ft.² and will offer a unique product. Although the Willowick park projects are located amongst in the loop developments that are heavily trafficked and which have an urban feel, the idea is to create a quiet residential character.

Stephanie Moore Hager, owner and principal of Moore Design Group, said "We are recessing the residents’ minds as soon as they enter the space. We have created the initial event where the resident feels relief and a ‘sense of arrival’ upon entering Willowick."
