Rio Walk is in Montebello, which is just 8 miles from LA Civic Center, while Citrus Walk is ideally located in downtown Covina, and it's an easy walk to MetroLink and the local shops and restaurants. Both of these communities are designed with urban living in mind, and all the homes are LEED certified.

The Citrus Walk community will have 37 townhomes as well as 8000 ft.² of retail space, and there will be another 12 flats over the new retail stores. Each of the townhomes will be three stories high with either two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms and one or two powder rooms, giving around 1580 ft.² of space. All will have two-car garages.

Rio Walk is ideal for anyone wanting to live close to the action, as it is near to employment centres, entertainment and recreation, shopping and dining. It's aimed towards young,  home buyers seeking an active and urban lifestyle, with prices starting at less than $300,000.
