Olsen has just announced two new residential communities which are ideal for Los Angeles commuters, being just a twenty minute commute from downtown LA.
Rio Walk is in Montebello, which is just 8 miles from LA Civic Center, while Citrus Walk is ideally located in downtown Covina, and it's an easy walk to MetroLink and the local shops and restaurants. Both of these communities are designed with urban living in mind, and all the homes are LEED certified.
The Citrus Walk community will have 37 townhomes as well as 8000 ft.² of retail space, and there will be another 12 flats over the new retail stores.
