Real estate investing marketplace RealtyMogul.com has announced that Michelle Paretti has joined the company as Senior Managing Director, Head of Originations and Underwriting.

Prior to joining ReatyMogul.com, Paretti served as Senior Managing Director for the Small Balance Commercial Real Estate Finance Group at Guggenheim Partners and COO for the Guggenheim Commercial Real Estate Finance Group.
In these roles, Paretti oversaw all operations aspects of the business and constructed a fully integrated, multi-product commercial real estate lending platform that focused on life insurance, bridge, conduit and agency products. She was also COO of Illiquid Alternative Investments at Credit Suisse and served for twelve years as the head of Credit Suisse’s Real Estate Finance and Securitization Group’s Small Balance Loan Program.
Paretti earned a bachelor of arts degree in English and Communications from Fairleigh Dickson University in Madison, New Jersey.
