Recruitment platform Realty Connection adds new features

Real estate recruiting and retention platform Realty Connection has announced a major expansion of its platform. In addition to existing career- and business-building features like real-time lead generation, side-by-side brokerage comparisons, and industry-specific tools, the new enhancements will make it easier for real estate agents and brokers to establish and maintain successful partnerships.

Realty Connection’s newly launched upgrades offer users an even more robust recruiting solution. Agents, brokers, and firms can create dedicated career websites that include the functionality they need to capture leads, track sources, and manage relationships and outreach efforts more effectively. Profiles will also include social proof. With testimonials and positive recommendations displayed on-page, real estate professionals can effectively build trust and highlight their service offerings.

Additionally, OnTask Recruiter PRO offers a range of features to empower brokerages to find the right real estate agents. They can target the agents by transactions, volume, and geography, prioritize contacts, manage their pipeline, automate campaigns, and communicate effectively. Detailed reporting and analytics allow brokerages to track, and tweak, their efforts to recruit and retain highly-qualified agents.

Realty Connection enables brokers to send an automated congratulatory email each time an agent on their roster closes a transaction. The retention program has the ability to target selected agents if the broker prefers to craft a personal congratulatory email. This program will also email the cooperative agent on the other side of the transaction turning a thank you into a potential recruit.

Realty Connection is committed to continual improvement. In the works are several more platform enhancements, including HTML form creation. With this feature, real estate brokers can use the Realty Connection lead capture forms on their own websites and on different landing pages. The form directs all leads to OnTask. This enables brokerages to create their own fully-branded experience and retain maximum control. A powerful referral agent program and retargeting for each broker’s dedicated career sites are also on the horizon.
