Property management software solution provider Rentec Direct has said it's partnering with zInspector, a provider of rental inspection software, in order to make rental inspections easier and more efficient.
The two companies are integrating their software so that Rentec Direct users can download property management data into zInspector's mobile application, and carry out rental property inspections on the move.
Rentec Direct's property management software and tenant screening solutions for real estate professionals, with a clutch of useful features including online rent payments, tenant and owner portals, a vacancy listing syndication network, full property, tenant, and owner accounting, 1099-MISC reporting, QuickBooks Sync and more. As for zInspector, it sells inspection and field management software to landlords, property managers, contractors and real estate professionals.
With the new integration, users will no longer need to manually enter property data to carry out inspections via zInspector. Instead, using the zInspector app, users can go through an inspection checklist, take photos that are automatically attached to an inspection report, and generate downloadable PDF reports to be shared and stored.
