SmartShow Introduces Innovative Real Estate Showing Software

SmartShow has recently announced the official launch of their real-time home showing application, enabling realtors to show a home to anyone at any time with just a few clicks.

The app uses the latest in real-time communications technology and allows remote buyers to see a home through a realtor’s eyes, without missing out on any details. Buyers can interact by asking questions and will feel like they are standing and walking around the home in person.

This application has the potential to save buyers the price of multiple plane tickets, while realtors can save time by offering just one showing for a buyer group instead of having to do multiple showings. It also enables remote and local buyers to communicate with each other and they can get answers to their questions immediately while viewing the home at the same time.

At the moment SmartShow runs on smart phones and tablets but will also support android powered wearable eyewear called SmartGlasses. It is the first application created for real estate sales to use SmartGlasses and SmartShow will run on the Vuzix M300 Smart Glasses which are due to be released mid to late this year.

Although purchasing and using SmartGlasses is not obligatory to make use of this application, Ted Venerna, VP Business Development at SmartShow believes they are the best way to get full use of the platform saying “This is cutting-edge technology being used in a very straightforward way, and that’s exactly the reason we developed SmartShow. There’s nothing else like it on the market right now. Using SmartShow with SmartGlasses will definitely provide the best home showing experience.”

Jim Titus, REALTOR® at Home life Benchmark Titus Realty also believes in the possibilities offered by SmartShow saying “Showing a home with SmartShow is easy, fun and saves time-both for myself, and for my overseas buyers.”

As well as real-time showings, the application allows buyers to view a video of the showing once it is completed and they can share this with friends and family. This means buyers won’t need to take notes or try to remember salient details about the home as they can just review the video to find out the answers. SmartShow was created with worldwide buyer collaboration in mind and can also be a useful marketing tool for realtors. With SmartShow, realtors can record their own virtual tours for MLS, social media, brokerage websites and more.

A 30 day free trial is offered, allowing realtors to find out the difference this application can make to their sales.
