Lowcountry real estate expert Carletha Frazier Singleton is planning to host a real estate-focused seminar later this month aimed at educating prospective home buyers on the process of buying a home.
The seminar, which will be held at the ERA Evergreen Real Estate Company’s downtown Beaufort office 1001 Boundary St, Ste B. Beaufort, SC at 6:00pm - 7:30pm (EST) on January 28, 2016, will be co-hosted by Wilma Holman of the Beaufort County Black Chamber of Commerce and Elaine Honegger of Movement Mortgage.
The seminar is free to attend and will cover important aspects of the home buying process, together with an overview of the various first-time buyer programs, incentives and tax credits that buyers can avail of. In addition, those who attend will learn all about the application process when applying for a home loan, as well as creating a personal home buying plan.
Carletha Frazier Singleton is the owner and operator of The Prestige Real Estate Group. She boasts more than 12 years experience in the South Carolina and Georgia real estate markets, and is now a fully licensed broker with a team of real estate agents operating underneath her.
Singleton said the main reason she's holding a seminar is that she believes there's a real need to educate and empower prospective buyers. As a result, she created the Home Source Advantage organization which runs the seminar.
Singleton is an Associate Real Estate Broker with ERA Evergreen Real Estate, offering specialized services throughout Beaufort and Jasper County.
There are limited places available for the Free Home Buyer's seminar, so Singleton is inviting those who're interested to register and reserve their place at the following link.
