Spaceflow wants to build real communities for tenants

By Mike Wheatley | January 18, 2018

What with all the stress in our lives from rushing around all day, the Spaceflow app for property managers and tenants brings some much needed balance.

Somewhat similar to the local social network Nextdoor, the app acts as a kind of medium between property managers or landlords and their tenants but places an emphasis on living a community life. One of its main purposes is to send community announcements, keeping both parties informed.

Spaceflow, which is based in the Czech Republic, also enables the sharing of services among neighbors. For example, users can share cars, bikes and amenities in their homes. It’s also possible to create events, and to join other events organized by neighbors, such as yoga classes, book readings, trips and more.

For property managers and landlords it gets more involved on the business side too. For example, they can connect with shops and other services in the area, making lives for their tenants more convenient.

For residential properties in particular, you can awaken an active community in your property. As well, Spaceflow can act as a concierge for residents, taking care of such tasks as laundry, washing the car, and flower and food delivery. Spaceflow can also be used in the workplace as well, fostering a community spirit among workers through events, outings and activities.

The Spaceflow app helps transform physical buildings into a human experience.
