HPI and Captex to Build 1,000 Apartments in Texas

Central Texas will soon have 1,000 new apartments, thanks to the new joint venture initiated by HPI Real Estate Services and Captex Development Company. The two companies will collaborate on four projects over the course of two to three years, building apartments under the name HPI Residential.

According the the news, the Torry Highlands submarket offers great opportunities for investment and this deal promises a path to profitability not too many sub-markets can offer these days. Some experts think markets within markets may be the best areas to focus upon until the bubble gets re-inflated.
