Barbara Meyer, Regional Vice President of Better Homes and Garden Rand Realty recently announced that career long real estate professional Teresa O'Shaughnessy will be joining the firm as the company's new Branch Manager at the Nanuet NY real estate office.
Teresa has been a practicing residential and commercial real estate expert for over 24 years, and 18 of these years have been spent in management roles. Her previous position was with Weichert Realtors where she worked as an accomplished branch manager for more than five years, and before that she spent over 12 years in a management role for Joyce Realty. Her extensive experience in the Hudson Valley makes her uniquely qualified for her new role as Branch Manager of the Nanuet office.
O'Shaughnessy explained "It is great to be joining the Rand Realty team and I am excited to be working with such terrific group of real estate agents in a market that I love. I have been through good times and bad times in Rockland County real estate over the past 20 years and have learned so much that I am eager to pass along to the next generation. O'Shaughnessy resides in Stony Point NY, and is a licensed Associates Broker in New York and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New Jersey.
