How much research does the average homeowner have to put in to work out their home's value? Much of this information is held behind layers of contact forms, and often means waiting for responses. As a homeowner, the only clue for homeowners to start the selling process had to start by contacting a local agent. But what about a second opinion? This is where a new platform called TrueHome could be helpful.
Within 60 seconds, TrueHome can provide homeowners with a free home value estimate. In addition to valuations, TrueHome maximizes years of expertise by reinforcing estimates with localized knowledge and strategy. This includes complimentary market reports, comparative market analysis, and literature to assist homeowners in the community.
Beyond supporting homeowners in Southern California, TrueHome is committed to giving back to the community. The company plans to donate $5,000 to Give Back Homes, an organization of real estate professionals committed to supporting the construction of homes for deserving families around the globe. They need to help just 20 people to reach the goal for the holiday season.
"TrueHome was founded on the premise that homeowners could not readily find the right answers to their questions - before there was only one channel through Zillow, or they had to wait for a response from an agent," said TrueHome founder Kiri Suykry. "I wanted to make that process faster, and automatic.”
And that's exactly what Suykry has done, and after months of planning, TrueHome.us is ready to roll.
