One of Gainesville, Florida’s most prominent commercial real estate and property management companies, Trimark Properties, enthusiastically declared the newest addition to their esteemed Marketing Department. Laura Suarez, a former Multimedia Specialist at BoardroomPR from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has officially joined the Trimark team as a Digital Marketing and Advertising Associate.
Suarez will promote the preeminent selection of Trimark Properties Commercial Real Estate near Innovation Square, 25 upscale apartment complexes, and a multitude of historic houses around UF’s Sorority Row. She additionally will oversee the company’s digital media and website, and coordinate marketing campaigns for the firm who has led the luxury student housing and commercial real estate market in Gainesville for decades.
Announcing Suarez's appointment, Managing Partner John Fleming of Trimark Properties said: “We are pleased to welcome Laura to our team. Her background and marketing experience will help us support Trimark and enable further continuous growth in the Gainesville Community.”
This is not Suarez’s first time in a marketing position. Among Suarez’s striking list of successes includes the creation and supervision of dozens of ad campaigns for some of Florida’s premier upscale real estate developments. She strategized logistics for Bijou Bay Harbor, broadcasted Spanish media reporting for Marina Palms Yacht Club and Residences, and even composed and executed video campaigns for Paramount Fort Lauderdale. Trimark anticipates that Laura’s fresh perspective on marketing programs and previous experiences with innovative advertising will bring a positive change to the Marketing Department and Trimark’s promotional campaigns as a whole.

A Florida native who graduated from the University of Miami, Suarez is passionate about the outdoors and fulfilling an energetic lifestyle. While not at work directing marketing operations, Suarez reserves her time to her Marine husband, Willmer, who she has been with for 10 years, and two children, Kate, 8, and Will, 5.
