Consumers enter the Search Alliance™ network through any member IDX site and stay in the network while searching for homes anywhere in the country. To use the system, members draw a boundary on a map to identify their market or “service area” from where they wish to receive traffic and leads. All orders are then filled as quickly as possible at the best available price, based on the available traffic volume.
