RealOp Investments continues its North Carolina growth with the opening of its offices at the RDU Center.

Headquartered in downtown Greenville, S.C., and with properties in five states including Tennessee, Florida and Georgia, RealOp Investments is a fast growing real estate investment firm, said Kyle Putnam, RealOp Investment’s President. This is the company’s first regional office in North Carolina.

“The Raleigh location is the perfect spot for RealOp,” Putnam said. “It gives our team a base of operations as we grow in the region.”

The office will house Shane Gray, RealOp's Operations and Project Manager, and Heather Stafford, RealOp's Property Manager for the Triad Region. The office is located at 3000 RDU Center Drive in Morrisville just off I-40 and near Raleigh-Durham International Airport.

RealOp Investments has a strong and growing presence in North Carolina with seven properties, representing more than 800,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial space, Putnam said. In the Raleigh area, it owns RDU Center I, located in the I-40/Research Triangle Park submarket; Horizon I, II, and IV, located in the Six Forks Road submarket; Franklin Park, located in Chapel Hill; and 2828 Croasdaile in Durham, as well as other properties across the state.
