Buyers there seem to be taking advantage of the market, last month's increase of almost 6 percent in sales being the prime indicator. Experts think the market actually hit bottom and it now rebounding. C.A.R reports sales up over November, but still beneath 2009's figures.

With home prices poised to hit bottom, some experts suggest now is the time to invest. Still, the industry will encourage caution. For some though, all time low price is a powerful incentive.
