Engel & Völkers of East Greenwich announced today that Tatiana Pimentel has joined its brokerage as a real estate advisor, bringing 15 years of sales management experience, as well as investment strategy expertise to this new role.
Tatiana represents investors and helps new multi-family homeowners build their net worth through real estate. She found her niche in 2017 after helping her first two clients purchase multi-family properties to offset their living expenses. From there, she joined the Rhode Island Real Estate Investor Group (RIREIG), and the rest was history.
As an investment specialist, Tatiana brings her precise attention to detail to every transaction. She analyzes metrics to find the best deal for her clients and she continually educates herself on the latest market trends. She is also experienced in 203(k) rehab loans and mixed-use properties.

She loves to inspire new real estate investors. Tatiana knew she was doing something right when instead of receiving holiday cards last year, she received many before-and-after photos with updates about her clients’ rehab projects.

Tatiana joins Engel & Völkers from Premier Properties Rhode Island. Prior to a career in real estate, Tatiana worked her way up from an office associate to holding various leadership positions at Bob’s Discount Furniture. She became a part-time real estate advisor in 2017 as her oldest daughter was preparing to enter college. In January 2021, she took the leap to full-time and by the end of the year, she was ranked among the top 20 percent of Market Center Agents at Keller Williams Leading Edge Realty.

Tatiana is the co-host of the monthly Rhode Island Women Investors & Mastermind meetup. She holds an A.S. in Accounting from Berkeley College. Tatiana is a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, and RIREIG. Tatiana is fluent in Spanish. She is licensed in RI, MA, and CT.
