HomeJab creates mini "feature films" to market your listings with its new Elite Package

Real estate photography startup HomeJab is announcing a new “Elite Package” for home sellers who need maximum online exposure and a fast sale.

The package is a mini feature film of one property that draws in the viewer and helps them feel the excitement, fun and comfort of living there. It’s also an excellent way for real estate professionals to enhance their personal branding and make a powerful, unique statement on social media.

The Elite Package allows sellers and listing agents to create a totally unique, 60-second mini movie about their home, and promises to be a very powerful marketing tool. Sparing no expense, sellers who sign up for the Elite Package will be able to meet with a producer/director and cinematographer to discuss how they're going to create their movie. HomeJab also provides two professional actors who will feature in the film. Other perks include aerial drone footage of the property, HDR photography and royalty-free music to ensure no one's toes are stepped on.

The company also guarantees two versions of the mini-feature film, including a 30 second and a 60 second version.
