Partners Trust adopts Booj CRM platform to boost client collaboration

By Mike Wheatley | September 11, 2015

Beverly Hills-based real estate brokerage Partners Trust, which proudly calls itself the “most selective” real estate firm in Los Angeles, has revamped its website and software suite following a new, multi-year partnership with The Enterprise Network, a union of independent brokerages across the country that share information, strategy and a unified real estate technology platform.

Partners Trust said it had signed a four-year deal with The Enterprise Network, giving it and its real estate professionals access to numerous mobile apps and state-of-the-art technology to help it achieve its mission.

Central to this is the “Be Original or Jealous” Booj platform, a proprietary software solution that includes a CRM system, email platform and customized Android and iOS apps. In addition, Partners Trust has also gotten itself a shiny new website that helps to showcase the brokerage's straightforward and direct approach to selling luxury homes.

The website was designed in collaboration with the 1000watt design and marketing agency, with the goal of building more than just a search portal. The website leads with a “List With Us” landing page that outlines all of the steps the company takes when listing a property for sale.

“When we work with clients, we thoughtfully explain everything we are going to do, taking time to walk through the nuances of each transaction,” explained Partners Trust President Nick Segal.

As for the Booj technology suite, Segal said this is a natural extension for a company like Partners Trust that's built its brand on the idea of using cutting-edge tools amidst a collaborative work culture. “Our partnership with The Enterprise Network helps our industry-leading Associates connect with their clients wherever they are,” Segal added.

Collaboration is a big feature of the new site's and app's services, explained Ido Zucker, Co-founder and President of Booj. According to him, users can now perform customizable searches that can be saved and generated, and they can collaborate directly with Partner Trust agents using the apps. The Booj platform is designed to allow a seamless flow between the website and the apps, which helps to facilitate that client/associate partnership that's so essential in the modern real estate search process.

“The complete suite of web and mobile apps allows Partners Trust to effectively tell the story of the company, as well as provide an unparalleled user experience with super tools like Proximity Search,” Zucker explained. “Booj has been looking for the leading team to work with in Los Angeles, and Partners Trust is it. We couldn't be more excited for the platform to go live today.”
