A new home search app called HomeASAP is rolling out to real estate agents this week to take on heavyweights like Zillow and Trulia.
When designing HomeASAP, company founder and CEO Mark Bloomfield knew he'd have to come up with something that could provide an even better experience for agents and consumers than his better known rivals, and it appears he's done exactly that. According to internal studies, 80 percent of consumers say they prefer the HomeASAP app compared to the nation's leading real estate portals, and now agents agree too.
“I love my Homeasap home search,” said Thomas Hammond, a realtor for Watson Real Estate in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. “It gives my prospects a much simpler and more effective way to search for homes, anywhere.”
“It’s slick, I must say,” agreed Robert Schoonover, an independent agent with OKC Real Estate in Oklahoma City. “You get leads when folks use it. It’s well worth the price.”
This positive response is exactly what Bloomfield, a technologist with 13 patents to his name, was looking for.
“We set out to create a beautiful, user-friendly platform that would appeal to modern home searchers, one that would remove the clutter and confusion from home search, and allow agents to drive traffic to their own individual IDX websites,” Bloomfield said. “Our customers are telling us we have succeeded.”
In response to this early interest, HomeASAP is now being offered to all 450,000 agents in the company's free-to-join Real Estate Agent Directory on Facebook. The app offers a number of benefits and features, including branded IDX websites for each agents, with no advertising clutter. It offers active listings with updates every 15 minutes, integrated and mobile-responsive search capabilities, and integrated map search technology that allows users to define the exact area they want to search, without being restricted by arbitrary zip codes.
HomeASAP LLC is the leading provider of online marketing solutions for real estate professionals, offering a broad portfolio of integrated applications and services to help connect homebuyers and sellers with agents and brokers. The company’s flagship products include the Real Estate Agent Directory on Facebook; Homeasap, powerful home search technology for IDX Home Search on agent websites and Facebook pages; and Search Alliance, an agent-powered co-operative marketing network.
I used the app before and i have to say very easy and useful. It will probably become #1 for buyers and sellers in no time.
