Chime Technologies acquires GeographicFarming to bolster its real estate marketing platform

Real estate technology platform Chime Technologies, which sells an “operating system” for industry professionals to seamlessly run and grow their online business, has said it's acquiring GeographicFarming, a turnkey, 360° marketing solution for real estate businesses. With this acquisition, Chime will add direct mail and telemarketing farming features to the powerful Chime real estate suite.

Chime’s operating system aims to provide all the tools real estate professionals need to seamlessly run and grow their business. Its innovative tools make it easy to launch marketing campaigns, track leads’ activities, build and nurture customer relationships, and effortlessly manage teams. Designed specifically for real estate professionals, one of Chime’s biggest strengths is that it integrates what the company calls “social intelligence” in order to provide a new level of insights into who leads are and what they want.
